HOW TO RETURN
If you wish to return an item purchased in two-boutique.com, you have 15 days from the date your order is shipped. Items must retain all tags and be in perfect condition.
 
Steps to be followed for the order to reach the warehouse:
 
  • order number (example: #0101) *
  • name in which the order was placed (Maria Silva) *
  • name of the item to return *
  • sending the purchase receipt *
  • send the order to the address Rua das Lages 745, Canelas 4410-272 Vila Nova de Gaia (Portugal)

HOW TO CHANGE
You have 15 days from the date of shipment to exchange your purchase at two-boutique.com. Note that TWO is not responsible for the payment of postage for size or item change. If you prefer to exchange for a different item of clothing, you must request a return and make a new purchase.

  • sending the purchase receipt *

REFUND
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
You will receive confirmation of the return by email once it has been made.
If more than 14 days have elapsed and you do not have a refund in your account, please contact customer support.
