EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The User may return the ordered product(s) 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, provided that:
a) The product(s) have not been used;
b) The product(s) keep their original characteristics and labels intact;
c) The product(s) are complete. All material accompanying orders must be returned.
The customer must request the return of the order through the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the item(s) you want to return, as well as the order number.
The cost of the return is borne by the customer. Note that, if your return has been made for reasons other than the justified existence of defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, TWO. will not refund shipping costs. Therefore, TWO. it will not reimburse the expenses related to the postage initially borne by the customer for the respective order.
Once the returned product is received, TWO. will analyze and confirm its state of conservation and, when applicable, will refund, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days, the amount paid for the item(s) at no cost to the user.
In cases of exchanges, your refund can be made through a voucher for the value of the item or items returned. Please note, possible later returns of items purchased with voucher will always be made via voucher. Vouchers are non-refundable.
If you want to return one or more items, you can request a refund for the same payment method.
If the returned items are damaged or with signs of use, TWO. reserves the right not to accept returns and refuse refunds.
In cases of defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, TWO. undertakes to collect the item(s) from an address chosen by the user. Please note, pickups are only accepted from the original country in which the order was shipped, excluding islands.
