TWO. sends the ordered product(s) from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, with the exception of holidays, and on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address indicated by the client.
Our delivery service does not include an appointment option, so the delivery of the order will be made without prior contact by the carrier, and it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. The estimated delivery time to Portugal is 48/72h and to Europe varies between 10-15 working days. Rest of the world: 15-25 business days.
TWO. it will inform the customer of the unavailability of the ordered product(s), as well as reimburse the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the knowledge of the unavailability.
If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of payment of the order, please send an email to email@example.com informing us of the event. After this period, a TWO. cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.
Delivery is deemed to have been made with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed upon address.
