1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 These Terms and Conditions regulate the sale, including registration, of TWO. products through the website www.two-boutique.com.
1.2 The website www.two-boutique.com is managed by the company Teixeira, Dias & Ribeiro LDA, nº 502375906, Rua Nova de Fonte Cova, n45, 4620-466 Lousada.
1.3 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term
a) - "TWO." - The products sold on the website www.two-boutique.com;
b) - "User" - Any natural person, not a trader, who places an order through the website www.two-boutique.com;
1.4 Using the website www.two-boutique.com and purchasing TWO products. presupposes the knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User.


2. WEBSITE REGISTRATION
2.1 To place an order, the User may previously register by filling in the fields contained in the form on the website www.two-boutique.com It is also possible to place your order without prior registration
2.2 From the moment you access your personal account, the User is subject to these Terms and Conditions.


3. TWO PRODUCTS
3.1 The website www.two-boutique.com is aimed at all users who wish to purchase TWO. products from their home or workplace, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3.2 Information on product characteristics can be found at www.two-boutique.com.
3.3 TWO. reserves the right to modify, at any time, the information, the offer of products, prices, promotions and commercial conditions, presented on the website www.two-boutique.com.


4. PLACE ORDERS ON THE WEBSITE
4.1 To order from www.two-boutique.com, the User must have an e-mail account and that their browser is configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, which will allow them to enjoy all the navigability conditions of the TWO online store..
4.1.1 The User may purchase products online, requiring that:
a) Find the product(s) you want to purchase;
b) Add the selected product(s) to the "Shopping Cart";
c) Register the User's personal data, which will be included in the TWO database. under the terms set forth in the Privacy Policy, which include the "Delivery Address", "Billing Address", the "Payment Method", telephone number and the tax identification number (NIF);
d) Review your order and confirm the order;
4.2 You will receive an order confirmation email with details regarding the payment method you have selected.
4.3 Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address indicated in the purchase process and with the respective detailed invoice.
4.4 By submitting the order form, the User accepts the Terms and Conditions of purchase described at www.two-boutique.com, as well as the Privacy Policy.
4.5 TWO. reserves the right not to accept and cancel orders already confirmed in the following situations:
a) The product is not available;
b) Payment is not made using any of the payment options available on the website www.two-boutique.com;
c) Payment is not confirmed;
d) The billing information is not correct or verifiable;
e) There is an error in the price quotation;
f) It is not possible to deliver to the address provided by the User.

4.6 Extra-community orders may be subject to VAT, Import Customs Duties or other country-specific taxes, payable by the recipient upon receipt of the order in the country of destination.


5. PRICES
5.1 The prices of products displayed on the website www.two-boutique.com include Value Added (VAT). The total VAT payable by the User will be indicated on the invoice to be sent to the User.
5.2 Prices are all quoted in euros (€). Please note that changing the country of delivery may have an influence on prices due to different shipping costs. Customs costs relating to the country of delivery of the order will be borne by the customer.
5.3 The prices of the products shown on the website are subject to change. TWO. reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.
5.4 If there is any error in the price of the requested products, TWO. or the User may, until the order is shipped, cancel the order.
5.5 The total price specified at checkout includes country of origin (Portugal) taxes and shipping costs.
5.6 The User must pay only the amount specified in the order confirmation.


6. PAYMENT METHODS
6.1 The User may pay for their purchases through the Paypal payment management entity and through a Multibanco Reference (ATM).
6.2 TWO. does not accept any payment method other than those mentioned in the previous point. The User must not attempt to pay by any means other than the specified payment methods. If you do, we cannot be held liable for loss of payment or any other damages that may result.

7. SHIPPING COSTS
7.1 Shipments to Portugal have a cost of €5.90.
7.2 Outside Europe, all orders will have an associated shipping cost, which may require the payment of customs costs, depending on the country of delivery.


8. DELIVERY
8.1 TWO. sends the product(s) ordered by the User, from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 7 pm, with the exception of holidays, and on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the address of delivery indicated by the User.
8.2 Our delivery service does not include an appointment option, so the delivery of the order will be made without prior contact by the carrier, and it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address.
8.3 Delivery times in Portugal vary between 15-20 working days depending on the item ordered. TWO's responsiveness. within these deadlines varies depending on the availability of stock, as well as promotions, sales and Christmas periods.
8.4 The TWO. it will inform the User of the unavailability of the ordered product(s), as well as reimburse the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the knowledge of the unavailability.
8.5 In the event of the carrier's unavailability to deliver the products on the date indicated, the User will be contacted in order to indicate another delivery date.
8.6 Upon delivery, the User must inspect the packaging in order to check for any damage. If you find that the products are damaged, the User must not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. The User must report the situation, if possible documented with photographs, through the e-mail two.fashion.boutique@gmail.com and, if they agree, to TWO. will resend the order at no cost to the User. If the User wishes to cancel the order, the full amount paid will be refunded.
8.7 If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of payment of the order, please send an email to two.fashion.boutique@gmail.com informing us of the event. After this period, TWO. cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.
8.8 Delivery is deemed to have been made with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed upon address.


9. RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION
9.1 The User may terminate his contract within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the order, provided that:
a) The product(s) have not been used;
b) The product(s) keep their original characteristics and labels intact;
c) The product(s) are complete. All material accompanying orders must be returned.

9.2 The User may exercise his right of free termination by sending the Free Termination template or any other unequivocal declaration of termination of the contract to two.fashion.boutique@gmail.com. You can download the Free Resolution template here.
9.3 The costs of returning the order in exercising the right of free withdrawal are borne by the customer.
9.4 Once the returned product has been received, TWO. will analyze and confirm the conservation status of the order and, when applicable, will refund within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days the amounts paid by the User contained in the order, through the same means used to pay for the order.
9.5 If the returned items show signs of use, TWO. reserves the right not to accept returns and refuse refunds.
9.6 The User should note that, if the return has been made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, TWO. will not refund shipping costs. Therefore, TWO. it will not reimburse the expenses related to the postage initially borne by the customer for the respective order.
9.7 Please note that these conditions are only valid for orders placed in Portugal. If your order has been placed outside Portugal, please contact us at two.fashion.boutique@gmail.com.

10. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

10.3 If the request has been received after sending it, the rules contained in the previous chapter, relating to the right of free withdrawal, will apply.
10.4 TWO. does not offer direct exchanges. The User may opt for a voucher to exchange their order for another item available on the website, being responsible for all costs relating to the new shipment. Please note that orders placed with a voucher and later returned can only receive a new voucher as a refund.
10.5 In case the ordered product is found to be defective or other non-conformity, the User may choose to:
a) replace the product;
b) terminate the contract.
10.6 As soon as the User finds a defect or other non-conformity of the product, he must notify us via e-mail two.fashion.boutique@gmail.com, sending supporting photographs.
10.7 Once we receive your email, we will contact you to resolve the issue by consensus.
10.8 In any of the options exercised by the User, pursuant to 10.6, the respective costs will always be borne by TWO..


11. QUALITY
TWO. does not sell second-hand, defective or inferior quality products to those existing on the market. The main features of each product shown on www.two-boutique.com are found on each product page.
TWO. will make every effort to ensure that the colors of the products appearing on the website www.two-boutique.com are as accurate and real as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor is showing accurate colors.


12. COMPLAINTS
In view of the objective of continuous improvement of the services provided, TWO. will seek to answer and resolve complaints submitted by the User within 5 (five) working days, via email at two.fashion.boutique@gmail.com.


13. WARRANTY AND AFTER SALES SERVICES
TWO products. benefit from the compliance guarantee provided for in the legislation applicable to the sale of consumer goods.


14. EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TWO. does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the website www.two-boutique.com, or any of its functions, and may be suspended for maintenance, repair or updates.
TWO. will not assume, likewise, any responsibility for any damages, arising, directly or indirectly, from situations of force majeure that prevent TWO., in any way, from fulfilling its obligations, namely, strikes, failures in the electric network , in telecommunications services or any other services, fires, floods, impossibility of obtaining products, materials or services, breakdowns, delays by suppliers or carriers and changes in legislation or administrative regulations.
TWO. is not responsible for any misuse of the User's access data to the website by third parties, as they are personal and non-transferable.


15. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TWO. reserves the right to change, at any time, these Terms and Conditions, taking into account the changes made and users notified by publishing the modified Terms and Conditions on the website www.two-boutique.com.


16. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
We ask that you carefully read our Privacy Policy so that you can become aware of the rules and procedures adopted by TWO. with regard to the processing of data collected when browsing the website www.two-boutique.com and when using the features offered by it, as well as the applicable security and confidentiality measures.


17. PROOF AND FILE
Computer records kept by TWO. in secure conditions, they are considered proof of communications, orders and payments made between TWO. and the User.

These Terms and Conditions and all emerging disputes that are related to them, including their validity, use of the website or any purchase on the same shall be governed by Portuguese law.
